Meeting Minutes
Royalty : Bridget Behrns Absent . Crowns have arrived , sashes are in and the Royalty Sponsorship page is updated and in good hands for Champ Show book . Finalizing last minute things , on track and ready for Champ Show ..
Rulebook : Cindy Ladd Petitions have been sent to Rachel and they have been put in the Spotlight , ready to be voted on at the October General Meeting .
Safety Committee : Corey Swartout Absent . Ready to roll for Champ Show .
Scholarship : Julie Gintner Letters have been sent out to the 3 recipients , and Arlene has the list to have checks made out . Letters were also sent out to applicants who did not receive a scholarship this year , encouraging them to re-apply next year .
Old Business : Stall Assembly for Champ Show : 9 / 7 start at 9am . 9 / 8 start at 9am . 9 / 10 at 9am . Finish up 9 / 11 . James requests everyone to try and help and bring some people with them . Many hands make light work . Contact James if you have any questions about set up schedule . Those showing up to help can bring wrecking bars and hammers and step stools . Gloves are a must .
New Business :
Evelyn has mentioned the need for a new computer for the new Qualifications Coordinator coming in . Jake says it could be in the $ 600 range for one that will be suitable for the task . Motion made by Kevin Berger to purchase a new computer for qualifications coordinator , up to $ 600 not including tax , seconded by Julie Gintner . Motion carried unanimously .
Annual Buckle donation to 4H Horse Show : Lynn has received a message Reanne Bartz , asking the Board to approve a $ 100 sponsorship for a buckle for the State 4H Horse show . Motion made by Steve Bobzin to sponsor $ 100 towards a buckle for the State 4H Horse Show , seconded by Julia Northwick . Motion carried unanimously .
Adjournment : Motion made by Amber Duncanson , seconded by Lori Taylor to adjourn the meeting at 8:12 PM . Motion carried unanimously .
