WSCA Board Meeting Minutes

The 2023-2024 court members shared their State Fair experience handing out awards and working the Equimania booth . Upcoming events include the Scandia Parade , Stagecoach Days and Champ Show .
Royalty : Bridget Behrns
The Royalty Banquet went well . Contestant ’ s stall requests have been sent in . Royalty sponsorship page has been updated . Working on things for Silent Auction . Deposits have been made and will give to Arlene .
Old Business :
Rulebook : Cindy Ladd Nothing to report . Safety Committee : Corey Swartout
Absent . He is all ready for Champ show . Scholarship : Julie Gintner
Letters have been sent out to scholarship recipients . Thank-you letters have been sent to applicants who did not receive a scholarship , inviting them to apply again next year . Recipients ’ names will be put in the Spotlight .
-2024 Banquet Planning- Liz will print RSVPs to have available at Champ show in the show office . Rachel will make a QR code to the RSVP form and give to Liz to put on the Delegate postcards that go out for the general meeting . Julia will be looking to plan a zoom meeting after Champ Show to go over more details .

Motion was made by Julia Northwick , seconded by Karson Duncanson , to table the topic of discussion until the December Board meeting . Motion carried unanimously .

Motion made by Steve Bobzin , seconded by Paul Hansen to adjourn the regular meeting at 8:05pm . Motion carried unanimously .
