KATIE VANDERVEEN
Katie is such an elegant leader who combines confidence with grace to deliver powerful results. She leads with both intellect and intuition. Her steady guidance brings out the best in people and cultivates thoughtful decisions, solutions and results.
KAL ZEFF
Kal made me write him a letter every year explaining why Carmel should renew their membership to AAMD, which they always did. Through this exercise, he taught me not to take any member for granted. Kal was an icon in the industry. He listened to and cultivated so many people who are still in our industry today.
KAY NEAL
Kay ' s superpower is steadiness and consistency. She is principled and value centric, with a big heart. Her dignity, humility, and calm spirit teach us to be more comfortable in our own skin.
KELLEA JEFFREY
Kellea is an experienced leader in our industry who cares deeply about her clients, and her teams. She ' s a great tactician and has great clarity about her goals. Her tenacity helped shape and elevate our Ambassador program. Plus Kellea has a wicked forehand on the pickleball court.
KELLI BILLMAN
Kelli was very influential at AAMD in the early 2000 ' s. She had a grace and sense of trust about her that made her easy to listen to and follow. Her leadership was powerful, but was held gently as she guided her teams and made impact on AAMD.
KERRY EGELSTON
Kerry is a thoughtful and seasoned leader who has led by example. Her wisdom comes from her depth of relationships and perspective. Kerry has helped me build stronger bonds between the CAA Affiliates. I have also learned new layers of strength and fortitude from Kerry.
KEVIN GOODMAN
Kevin is an accomplished sales tactician and organizational leader. He prioritizes his customers and his team, and builds a family oriented culture. Kevin has supported AAMD by serving on a multitude of committees and generous sponsorships over the years.
KEVIN NEIMOND
Kevin from HBS is still relatively new to AAMD / CAA, but his impact has been felt over the past couple of legislative sessions. His keen knowledge and inner workings of the capitol and its key players, make him super valuable to CAA. He has taught us how to better navigate the societal divisions and partisan politics.
KIM BAZEMORE
Kim is amazing. She weaves compassion, a giving spirit and can-do attitude into inspiring volunteerism. She is such a gift to AAMD because she lifts people up and she gets stuff done!
KIN OLDHAM
Fellow Executive from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Kin and I are always comparing notes and sharing great ideas around member programs and staffing. He is an inspirational mentor with such a practical and positive attitude.
KRISTAN ARRONA
Kristan was the AE for the Austin Apartment Association for many years. She really was one of the key people who showed me the NAA ropes in the early years. She and I always shared ideas around staffing, operations and goals.
KRISTIN CHALFANT
Kristin helped connect me with AAMD( and the EVP job) back in 1999 when she was opening Palomino Park with the Feld Company. She carries a presence that is both grounded and uplifting, and has that rare blend of clarity and warmth. Kristin and her husband Steve have remained special friends.
LARRY MIZEL
A powerhouse in Colorado Real Estate and philanthropy. He was our 3rd President at AAMD and set the tone for a long successful road of providing housing in Colorado and 14 other states. Larry is known internationally for his philanthropic achievements.

LANNON QUINTANA
Lannon was a pioneer of the Maintenance Mania competitions and as 2-time National Champion, he helped elevate the program at the NAA level. He continues to help plan and shape the local Maintenance Mania event and is always willing to lend a hand.
