JOSIE EATMON
Josie is the Executive Director of the Triangle Apartment Association in North Carolina. Josie attracts respect and admiration through her energy and vision she inspires everyone around her to dream bigger and do better. Josie taught me the value of driving new talent to our industry through tools like our Career Center.

So proud of my oldest daughter who motivates me everyday to be better than yesterday. I love being her dad and seeing her grow into a smart young professional. Her abilities to be a self starter and motivator are special. She has a strong resolve, toughness and resiliency.

JUDY BLAES
Judy taught me that leading well is really about caring deeply— about people, progress, and principles. She is an amazing motivator and team builder- always with a plan for performance, but also with a passion for people.

Judy was a great connector between owner operators and supplier partners. She lead the AAMD Ambassador program for years and was able to grow the committee, make it fun, but most importantly increase Ambassador impact and Supplier partner priorities.

Julie was a great volunteer and committee leader for years, then we hired her and got so much more. She has tripled our membership and unit count! And while Julie knows all about the numbers, it ' s her heart and positivity that shines brightest. Julie has been my right hand VP, energized and taught me to see things in their best light and been a true rock star for our members throughout her two decades on staff.
JULIE MCKEEFER
Julie was the interim Executive Director prior to my tenure. She introduced me around and showed me the ropes at AAMD. I remember how much she cared about everyone and was so giving to me.
KALEENE TOBACK
Kaleene helped us break though old patterns and discover new content and presenters for our Council programs at AAMD. Her leadership habits include generosity, charisma, and keeping it real.
KAREN HARVEY
Such an amazing asset for our industry. A brilliant legal mind and a super caring heart. Karen taught me about owning my own actions, but to also balance out the heavy subject matter of JLAC with a light heart.

One of our brilliant jewels who shines so bright every day. I cherish Karen so deeply. Her willingness to serve at such a high level with such a caring heart, and expect little in return is mind boggling. Such a special friend to me. Karen would be a likely candidate for my AAMD Mount Rushmore

Kathy was another one of those amazing people who came from the Jim Klein tree at Equity. Her highly polished teaching and organizational skills went into elevating the AAMD Education Department. I learned how to be a better coach and cheerleader for my team from Kathy.

Katie is such an accomplished and elegant leader in Colorado Real Estate. She has brilliant vision and carries herself with amazing confidence and grace. Her story is deeply inspiring and she taught me about how to climb with determination.
