THE PEOPLE BEHIND OUR SUCCESS

JAY NEAL
Jay ' s a grounded and visionary industry leader. He sees opportunities where others might miss, he spots shifts in the market and is able to capitalize on this vision. His support of IROC, Community Outreach and AAMD advocacy has been exemplary.
JEANETTE BRADEN
Jeanette was very instrumental in our Networking programs, dinners, lunches and more for so many years. She taught me the value of connecting with the on-site teams and to prioritize providing content for them.
JEANNE SCHWAB
Jeanne has always been such a positive and impactful spirit for her team. She appropriately handles power with humility and makes people around her feel safe. She understands the balance between immediate results and long term aspirations. Jeanne has taught me how to nurture people patiently toward their own success and motivate them beyond their perceived capacity.
JEFF HARMON
Consistent strength for education and advocacy for the maintenance teams. Jeff was always willing to volunteer on different committees and Co-Chaired Maintenance Olympics for several years.
JEFF HAWKS
Jeff taught me so many lessons about the business and how multifamily deals. A legend in our industry, but grounded with kindness and sincerity. My favorite memories of Jeff are when he and Cary Bruteig would dress up thematically for a market presentation at our annual Retreats.
JEFF KIMES
Jeff is so smart and visionary … He inspired me to think creatively and challenged me to rise beyond what is expected … and to manage a stronger Association that can lead well into the future.
JENN MINTY

JENNIFER CROWELL
Jenn has been a great partner running the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association over the last several years. She is collaborative around common values, and has an excellent perspective for what her members need from BARHA. Jenn has contributed substantially to our advocacy strategies.
JENNIFER HENDERSON
Jenn is a firecracker for change and impact. She is collaborative in nature, but leans in heavy with her ideas and creativity. She has taught me- " if it ain ' t broke, FIX it anyway!"
JENNIFER SMITH
Jennifer taught me about the importance of corporate philanthropy. Poured so much of herself into helping others.
JENNY JORGENSEN( JACOBS)
The complete package of volunteerism, advocate for members and philanthropic passion are a part of Jenny ' s soul. JENNIFER NESSETT ^
Jennifer taught me to be driven by purpose, not recognition— her leadership style makes every choice anchored in values that do not waver. She has been a great mentor for me and a class act for AAMD!
JEREMY FIGOTEN
I worked with Jeremy when he served as NAA ' s Vice President of Conferences. He taught me a lot about negotiations and how to recruit dynamic speakers. When he got Peyton and Archie Manning to speak the summer after a Super Bowl win I was pretty darn impressed.
JERRY KENDALL
Consistent commitment and passion for our Economic Conference. Jerry put the compassion behind the cash, the empathy behind the economics, and the livelihood behind the loans.
JERRY WILKINSON
Of all the NAA Presidents( Chairperson of the Board) I met over the years, I was most impacted by Jerry Wilkinson. He was always so grounded and consistently asked the right questions of NAA. He was very approachable and generous with his time. Jerry is a great model of professionalism and philanthropy. www. aamdhq. org TRENDS NOV / DEC 2025 | 39
