Hope ' s deep experience working with large portfolios with an attention to detail make her perspective and involvement in AAMD super valuable. She has contributed to make AAMD successful in many ways, but most recently in helping us achieve record member retention.

Iris ' fun personality and willingness to take on a challenge was a great addition to the AAMD staff during our 50th anniversary year, culminating with Tributes 2018.

Jacqui leads with empathy, authenticity, and purpose, using her influence to uplift her team. She advocates for the principles that define her drives real change for the on-site teams who work so hard to provide for their residents.

Jake teaches us daily that a strong work ethic can be balanced with character, humor and authenticity. As the Commish Jake is the Lord of the LEAP, Emperor of Engagement, Super Hero of Action, Promoter of Performance and Provider of Points. Jake is the Jake!
JAMIE GLONEK
Jamie was my first hire at AAMD. He was so instrumental in helping us build a strong Government Affairs department. He was a great partner of mine in outreach to the members and building respect for AAMD. Jamie went on to do very well in Government Affairs for the pharmaceutical industry.
JAMIE LUCERO
Jamie is a big thinker with passion about her teams and her communities. Her strategic and adaptable approach make her a nimble leader who focuses on new solutions versus old problems. She has helped to advance both CAA and AAMD through a variety of roles including advocacy and governance.

JANELLE FRENCH ^
Such a graceful leader … Her calm strength and warm compassion carried AAMD through Covid and challenging times for the industry. Janelle taught us how to gracefully navigate and pivot through uncharted waters while we dealt with the crisis. Janelle now lives in Arizona, but she and her leadership team are still a huge part of AAMD.
JARED MILLER
Jared cultivates genuineness, integrity and compassion. He is a seasoned pro with a great vision, who volunteered by inspiring others to care, give, and show up. He taught me how energy is an emotional currency of leadership and what you put forth will pay you back with interest.
JASON ALLEN
Jason was on our AAMD education faculty for many years and had great lessons around enhancing and connecting with our maintenance teams. His style was down to earth, authentic and always asked the right questions.
