World Kindness Day is a global celebration of compassion that began in 1998. It was started by the not-for-profit coalition World Kindness Movement to inspire individuals to spread tolerance and understanding. Taking part in World Kindness Day, whether in schools, workplaces or the wider community, is a great way to make a meaningful impact. Getting involved is as easy as doing something nice for someone else, whether that’ s holding the door, helping a neighbour or donating to charity.
