◆ Fictional Character I ' d Like to Meet : Sean Maguire ( Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting ). We would have a rather philosophical conversation about life that I would enjoy immensely . I would definitely come back from that dinner with some wisdom and knowledge that I would be grateful for .
◆ How My Leadership Style Has Evolved : I have had unbelievable managers and mentors who have helped shape me into the leader I am today , with my first mentor being Carleen Mendez . She would come to my property and would be out with maintenance picking up trash or helping with an eviction . She really instilled the mindset of no one is above any job and I do my best to embody that daily .

◆ Eliminate From My Day-To-Day Routine : The need for sleep . There are not enough hours in the day !
◆ Most Memorable Compliment I ' ve Received : Having learning disabilities and no college degree , it has been nice to hear I have inspired others to follow nontraditional paths and work hard to achieve their goals . To know I have inspired people is a blessing .
