◆ How My Leadership Style Has Evolved : I was a doer , an accommodator and wanted to get everything done myself … over time I learned the importance of collaboration , delegating and empowering my teams to accomplish what needs to get done . Also , another big one was trying to manage everyone the same – each person needs to be managed differently due to their experience , motivators and work style .

◆ How My Leadership Style Has Evolved : I have always believed anyone ’ s current success is a team effort and not one person can do it all . I have always been a driven person , and I do my best to teach and mentor others to be the same . Be your best .
