◆ How My Leadership Style Has Evolved : Somewhere around 2008 , I stopped worrying about how career decisions would impact me and started thinking about others first . Since then , my career has been focused on guiding others in their decisions , ambitions , and goals . It has become my focus and personal ambition to see others succeed . The interesting part of that shift is that it has inadvertently propelled my career .

◆ Eliminate From My Day-To-Day Routine : Drive . If I could commute without driving , I would gladly give it up .

◆ How My Leadership Style Has Evolved : I give my team the tools and encouragement to be successful and it is up to them to succeed or fail . Previously , I would pick up the slack for employees and would not let them fall on their own . Over the years I have found that their job is much more rewarding to give them the tools to be successful and watch them flourish .

◆ Eliminate From My Day-To-Day Routine : If I could hop out of bed already showered , dressed and ready to go it would save a lot of time and stress .
◆ Most Memorable Compliment I ' ve Received : Becoming a finalist for a Tributes award in 2023 for the Most Outstanding Team was the biggest honor . I take such pride in having a strong , solid team . This was the ultimate show of excellence .
