Jones Foster , a 100-year-old commercial and private client law firm with offices in West Palm Beach , Palm Beach , and Jupiter , Florida , is pleased to announce that Lucia E . DeFilippo has joined the firm ’ s Trust and Estate Litigation practice group based in its West Palm Beach office . Ms . DeFilippo is the fifth attorney to join Jones Foster during a year of unprecedented growth for the firm as it celebrates its 100th anniversary . As a member of the Trust and Estate Litigation team , she will represent individuals , families , beneficiaries , heirs , trustees , personal representatives , and creditors in all aspects of trust and estate litigation and disputed administration , specifically focusing her practice in the areas of probate litigation , trust litigation , and guardianship litigation . During her studies , Ms . DeFilippo gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Darrin P . Gayles of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida . She also interned with the United States Attorney ’ s Office for the Middle District of Florida , and for the Office of the State Attorney , 20th Judicial Circuit as a Certified Legal Intern . Prior to joining the firm , Ms . DeFilippo was an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers where she gained significant trial experience .
