Eileen Marsh . Executive Sales Leader . NSW
and who think packing and delivering orders is
the best thing ever!
At the beginning of September, it wasn’t my
goal to promote to Executive Sales Leader. I
have always set myself small goals, never big
ones! However I knew Emma was aiming for Red
Jacket and I wanted to see her achieve it so with
a Team push, I knew it could actually become
a possibility that I could promote to ESL. I told
myself that if it happens then great, if not, then
still great because either way my business would
be in a stronger and better position regardless
of the outcome. On the 27th of September I
remember having a conversation with Emma
where I told her that I was too far away from
getting to ESL but I was really happy with what I
had achieved this month – and I truly was! It had
been a great month! But then suddenly, I had a
new Team Coordinator in my downline and one
of my existing Team Coordinators promoted to
Sales Leader so what was a distant possibility
suddenly became a reality! 15 months ago I
had never dreamed that I might be where I am
now. As an ESL, I am so thankful for every one
of my Team who has decided to join me on this
journey and I am so grateful for the opportunity
to help and guide each of you on your own
Norwex journey.
Congratulations to Jodi on your promotion to
Sales Leader and to Ting on your promotion
to Team Coordinator! And of course huge
congratulations to Emma on promoting to SESL!
Your guidance, wisdom and friendship has been
instrumental to us achieving our goals together, I
could not have done it without you.
