When the BBB was first released I was so excited that Norwex was supporting us financially to enable us to dedicate
more time to the recruiting aspect of our business. The additional income has been such a blessing to our family.
It has also focused my attention, making me more intentional in inviting people to join Norwex and, as a result, my
personal Team has grown more consistently.
By suggesting a ‘launch’ or an ‘Intro to Norwex party’, my new Recruits have not only Engaged, but also been able to

My tips to find new Recruits are to
- try to unlock the BBB early in the month – I talk to my Hosts about the business opportunity as part of my Host
coaching call a couple of weeks before the party. This provides time to turn their party into their launch or book in
another party later in the same month.
- Use the green Real Solutions Cards at parties. It has given me the chance to answer people’s questions and for
them to see how generous Norwex is.
- Follow up with a text or a phonecall on all my warm leads.
- Build relationships with guests who took information home about Norwex or Customers who seemed interested in
finding out a bit more.
