OFFICE Suite FREE TRIAL
All new Consultants have the opportunity to receive a FREE 90 day trial of Norwex
Office Suite. However, since the start of April when our new Consultant Office was
launched, the free trial must be selected during the sign up process.
The default is ‘yes’ to opt-into Office Suite, however if a new Consultant chooses
to select to not take up the free Office Suite trial in the sign up stage when joining
Norwex, they will not have the option to receive the free trial at a later date.
Please ensure that your new Consultants are aware of the great benefits of Office
Suite and the free trial option when joining Norwex.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CONSULTANTS
During the changeover to the new NCO, your Shipping Address may not have transferred correctly. This is affecting
the delivery of incentives and orders.
Please login to your Norwex Consultant Office and go to My Business/ My Profile / My Account and confirm your
Shipping and Billing address. Be sure to click the save button at the bottom right of your screen, even if your
address is correct, to ensure the system to save your address.
Please ensure you also check your Customer’s addresses in your contacts to ensure that they are also correct and
have transferred correctly to the new NCO.
