To connect with my Team and get
to know their WHY, so I can help
them be Leaders too. And to be
the first Red Jacket Team in the
Waikato!!
What advice will you give
to other Leaders who have
not attended Leadership
Conference?
You have to book now!! This
was an absolute game changer
for me, I have come back from
Leadership Conference with more
confidence in becoming a strong
Leader and putting systems
in place, so I work smarter not
harder. You get treated like
royalty, showered with gifts and
love and you make so many
unforgettable friendships.

the best content ever, is what
other Leaders are telling me. To
all the Consultants out there who
are sitting on the fence thinking
Leadership just isn’t me, just
share what you love and have
a go. You have nothing to lose
but everything to gain. I’ve never
felt good enough to lead anyone
else, I’ve always been the quiet
one who follows, but seeing my
Team’s smiles and hearing their
laughter and the friendships that
they’re building with one another
just warms my heart and fills my
