Norwex Leaders
We chat with Dawn Roberts, Executive Sales Leader from
NZ about her excitement at attending her 1st Leadership
Conference in Melbourne in February!
When and why did you
join Norwex?
I joined Norwex on the 30th
September 2015. I was asked to
host a party for a family friend,
and was so impressed by all the
products, I sold over $500 to my
beauty therapy clients a week
later just by raving about it all!
My Consultant Summer Kerr
suggested I sign up on the ‘Join
for Free’, but I declined several
times saying I was far too busy
to sell Norwex, but ended up
signing up just to get what I loved
at cost!!
How many times have
you attended Leadership
Conference and what
excited you about this

Leadership Conference?
This was my first Leadership
Conference, unfortunately I was
unable to make it to Uluru last
year. Every speaker absolutely
blew me away! I took away so
many 'wow' moments, I left there
buzzing ... and still am.
What were your top 3
highlights?
1. Learning how to make the
most of the Real Solution
Cards and how to recruit at
your parties from Canada’s
Senior Vice President
Sales Leader Delores
VandenBoogaard.
2. Learning from the amazing
Belinda Ellsworth that people
Leadership Conference Reflection
who set goals have a longer
retention, because what you
focus on, is what you get. You
have to break down that goal.
We want to have a lap pool
one day, so I need to step out
where it’s going to be, how
deep, how long, how much
concrete we will need etc etc
... then it becomes a real goal
... something you can actually
visualise, a vision that YOU
have built.
3. Listening, laughing and crying
with the truly inspirational Tony
Christiansen. Tony taught us
to never ever give up, and
that we should tell ourselves
every morning that I CAN, I
AM, I WILL. And that there’s
always spectators and batters
