• Spent more time coaching my Hosts
• Presented more products as bundles
• Spent more time reviewing orders with Customers and recommending additional items to complement what they had already purchased . It was amazing how many said YES .
• Called Customers who showed interest in having a party but were not able to commit previously .
• Followed up with Customers . This really worked . Extra sales , bookings and even 1 recruiting lead !
• Worked together with Olga Jelic so that we could promote together that same month , and she achieved Team Leader .
• Took advantage of free shipping with purchases over $ 80 . Contacted all of my previous Hosts and offered an additional 20 % in the last week .

I have often said that building a successful Norwex business is simple but not easy . It requires you to work hard if you want to continue growing . It can be frightening at times but as the quote reads , “ If your goals don ’ t scare you , they aren ’ t big enough ” – that Mediterranean Cruise is a giant vessel .
Listen to your Leaders , ask questions , participate in Norwex trainings , set yourself reasonable goals , write them down and please tell at least one other person . If we do more of this , we can all continue to achieve great success in our businesses .
My next goal : To achieve the Mediterranean Cruise by the end of April . Now everyone knows !
