Get to know your Norwex Leaders Setting Goals and Targets is helping Nevena reach to achieve the Mediterranean Cruise!! “If your goals don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough” Goals - Targets - Accountability 6 If someone had told me 12 months ago that I would be working a successful business with Norwex, I probably would have laughed them off but here I am and absolutely loving every part of this company. I work Norwex alongside my private Speech Pathology business, Therapy Talks, and I honestly believe that this opportunity can be incredible for so many people out there. We can use this to get us to where ever it is that we want to be. My why for doing this business has often changed. It has changed because the needs of my family have changed. We have used this business to go on a 2-month European holiday, to renovate our home, to pay for groceries, pay bills, go on weekend adventures, for Christmas and birthday presents and of course for me to pamper myself from time to time - guilt free What I never told anyone was that ever since starting my Norwex business I set myself that same $10,000 target at the start of every month but never quite got there. So what made December different? What actually motivated me to work that little bit harder, other than my rather large renovation bill that was due in the first week of January December was a particularly busy month with two big goals achieved. Reaching $10,000 in sales and promoting to Sales Leader. A few things that I did differently in the month of December: • Wrote a goal for how many parties I needed to do • Set a sales target for each party • Offered to Hosts to keep their parties open until the end PEOPLE . Leader Interview I told everyone my goal. I was now accountable. Every other month that I missed my target, no one else knew, only me. Now everyone would know. I told my husband, my mum, my friends and my Team.
