New 2018 catalogues
New catalogues for 2018 will be available to view online and purchase from mid-December, and will be effective from midday January 1st, 2018. Inside you will find fantastic new products and product reviews, information for your Hosts and potential new Recruits, and of course all the Norwex products that you already know and love. There will also only be minimal changes to the 2017 Spring Catalogue, so if you wish to continue using stock of these after January 1st you shouldn’ t have an issue. A new product flyer will also be made available from January 1st.
Christmas shipping dates
If your Customers and Hosts are expecting to receive their December orders before Christmas, we would suggest that you have these orders submitted by the following dates. Orders submitted after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, however shipping times in the lead up to the holidays can be unpredictable due to high demand.
For orders shipped to Northern Territory, Western Australia and non-metro Queensland – Thursday December 7th. For orders shipped to Tasmania and South Australia – Friday December 8th. For orders shipped to New Zealand – Monday December 11th. For orders shipped to NSW, Victoria and South East Queensland – Wednesday December 13th.
If your Hosts and Customers are not expecting their orders by Christmas, you can of course submit orders after these dates – Home Office and our Australian and New Zealand Distribution Centres will be open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, with the exception of the public holidays.
VIP Groups
This holiday season, as you share the Gift of Norwex in your VIP Groups, please keep the following guidelines in mind to ensure you are staying compliant.
Guidelines for compliant VIP groups where you share your own specials and discounts:
• Must be closed groups with your Customers only. Customers, as defined by our Policies and Procedures( definitions on page 6), are defined as a person who has purchased product from you in the past.
• As these are searchable( the public can see the banner, the URL, and the name of the group), you may not use the company trade names, trademarks, city, state, region or any abbreviations of the aforementioned when naming your group.
• The banner must be one of the selections provided by Norwex and have the words Norwex Independent Sales Consultant.
• Inside this group you may offer giveaways or your own specials to the attendants.
• You may not provide your link to your VIP group on your public business or personal page.
• You may invite your Customers to message you using verbiage that does not indicate any type of specials. For example,“ As a thank you for being a part of my business, all of my Customers are welcome to join my VIP group. There are some fun things you will not want to miss. Message me today.”
Our policies define a Customer as a person who has purchased product from you in the past. This is different from a lead who may not be added to these types of groups as per our policies. Examples of people who are leads:
• A person you met at a vendor event who did not buy from you
• A contact who filled out a ballot at an event or show but did not purchase product
• An attendee at your Facebook party who did not purchase product
• Someone you have talked to about Norwex products or business opportunity
