4. Provide word choices to the Host on what to say to their friends and if they cannot attend, ask their friend to see if they would like to have a catalogue or perhaps plan to have their own party.
5. You could offer small challenges to the Host and reward them with small prizes at their party. If they have a party lined up before you get there, invite 2 people you haven’ t met before( this provides you with new chain of people to party with), or have 5 orders waiting( outside orders) present them with a gift for achieving these challenges.
6. On the back of the Host Envelope ask them to write the date of their party. This cements it in their mind and gives them ownership.
7. Pop a Recruiting Opportunity Booklet into the Host Envelope to plant the seed about the Norwex Opportunity, perhaps it’ s something they would like to do.
8. Let the Host know that you will be in regular contact and remind them you are in this together.
9. Within 24 hours, send a handwritten note or thank you card to let them know you are looking forward to their party.
10. Contact the Host a couple of days prior to their party and ask who they have attending so that you can tailor-make your presentation. Also ask if there is anything they would like to see and reassure them that you will be there in plenty of time before the party. Let them know to keep refreshments simple. A PHONE CALL is much more effective than just texting the Host. Let them hear your excitement and you can answer any questions straight away.
The closer you date in their party the more successful it will be and the Host’ s excitement will assist in driving sales and bookings.
Remember … Preparation and Contact is the Key.
