The power
of Host Coaching
Where does Host Coaching start? It starts at the party where
you have just met your future Host. You need to ensure you
have built a rapport with them and let them know you are in a
partnership with them.
1. Always establish what the Host wants to achieve and earn from
their party, what is their gift goal? Obviously, the ultimate is for
them to earn the Mop System for free. This will also assist you in
filling your diary.
2. Ask them to fill out the FRANKI list straight away. Before saying
yes to a party they would have already thought about who they
could invite. Fill the FRANKI list from the bottom to the top!!!
We don’t like to see spare lines so they will be encouraged to
keep filling in names until they get to the top. If they start at the
top and they only have room in their living room for 8 then they
will only write out a few names.
3. Ask the Host if they are planning on creating a Facebook event
and you can then ask them to add you so that you can post on
their event too. Include the invites in the Host Envelope and
ask them to hand those out to their friends who have said yes to
coming to their event as a little reminder.
