Norwex Parties App?
A smart phone, such as an iPhone or Android, will
give you the best experience in the app. The app
will work on iOS 10 and above and Android 4.4 and
above operating systems. Apple iPads not supported.
When I log into the app as a Consultant, can
I log in with my Consultant ID and Password
selecting another country besides my own?
No, the app will ask you to re-enter your Consultant
ID and Password because you should select the
country in which you are enrolled as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, can I log in as a Host?
At this time, the Host side of the app is temporarily
deactivated. If the Host is a Consultant, you can log in
as a Consultant.

How do I know if I’m on the most updated
version of the Norwex Parties App?
When you go to your designated App store on your
mobile device and search for the Norwex Parties
App, you will find the latest version of the app listed
there. Then, go to the app settings to confirm you are
using the latest version.

Is it optional to receive Notifications from
the app?
Yes, it is optional. If you choose to “Skip” receiving
Notifications, you can always go to the settings of
your mobile device and turn it “On” to start receiving
messages.
What is a Push Notification?
The App’s Notification messages are Push
Notifications where an alert or pop-up message
displays on your mobile phone with the Norwex
Parties App installed.
If I enable Notifications, what kind of messages
will the app send me?
Notifications include:
• A message when someone RSVPs for the party
• A reminder to the Host 7 days before the party
starts
• A reminder to the Host 1 day before party starts.
