Trulife Engineered Solutions produces both aircraft interiors and structural parts . Regarding the interior , the website http :// www . trulifeengineeredsolutions . com , states , “ Aircraft cabin interior components have their own unique set of requirements . Our experience in the area of CNC machining enables us to execute these parts to exacting standards .” The interior products that they tout are , “ first class food tray table assemblies , galley frame components , galley worktables , cabinet latches , storage bin frames , ( and ) in-flight video systems .”

They have 35 CNC machines , “ with the capability to take on large production structural aerospace programs . Our process starts with ultrasonic inspected material that is verified through in-house eddy current and hardness testing . We machine parts complete on our 4-and-5-Axis machining centers and then manage the post processes for our customers , such as hard anodizing , chem film plating and powder coating ,” according to the website .
They also offer assembly , and McAtee said that is an area of growth for the company . Another area of uniqueness is shot peening . McAtee added that , “ A shot peen machine is a lot like abrasive blasting , it is striking or shooting the surface with round , metallic shots , it modifies the mechanical properties of the metal and provides uniform strength before being anodized . It can be used in aerospace or prosthetics . Most of the work is build-to-print , processed to customers ’ requirements . If they need shot peen , we do that .”
Aircraft structural parts built by Trulife Engineered Solutions include , “ lots of components ; latch and door hinge assemblies ; landing gear assembly parts ; door hinge assembly parts ; heat synchs and chassis ; cockpit display panels ; aluminum and cosmetic parts that are intricate ,” McAtee said .
