he company is housed in a 65,000
square foot, state-of-the-art production
facility and regularly invests in capital
improvements to ensure that it meets
customer’s needs and improvements in
technology. Servatron recently spent
three million dollars in upgrades and
new technology, including infrastruc-
ture improvements for its overall ser-
vice capabilities. These improvements
have enabled Servatron to improve
the speed and accuracy of producing
electronics, while ensuring the highest
quality and product accuracy.
“Being nimble and flexible is par-
amount to staying ahead among
numerous contract manufacturers
worldwide,” says Tod Byers, company
president. “Ongoing investments in
our equipment and technology and
people enable us to do that.”
The company is especially adept with
technically challenging and complex
products inside of standard lead times.
“We have a skilled team of engineers
who partner with customers to devise
optimal solutions for their products,”
Byers explains. “Coupled with our
test design capabilities, we ensure that
products and parts perform predictably
and reliably.”
Testing
Because testing is such a critical suc-
cess factor, Servatron employs a team
of dedicated test engineers who devel-
op and perform creative test solutions
for customers. This team designs fully
functioning tests from concept through
completion — writing code, and
fixture manufacturing. This capability
saves customers time and money by
ensuring quality and confidence that
their products leave the factory fully
tested.
