Based in Hood River, Oregon,
Overwatch Imaging designs and
manufactures airborne imaging
systems with custom onboard
artificial intelligence software
for both piloted and unmanned
aircraft. The company’s imag-
ing systems focus on finding
small objects of interest in
large search areas. “By helping
organizations move to autono-
mous aerial detection, we help
them improve efficiency, reduce
costs and enhance safety,” said
founder and CEO Greg Davis.

Davis and co-founder Nick Anderson have worked together in the Columbia
River Gorge for a decade, spending time with Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary that
makes unmanned surveillance aircraft, and with Cloud Cap Technology, a
United Technologies subsidiary that makes stabilized airborne video cameras.
Davis has spent his whole career in the airborne and space-based imaging
industry, primarily for military and government intelligence purposes.
