GrovTec Machining
Residing in Wood Village, Oregon, just
outside of Portland lies what some would
call a best kept secret in the Pacific
Northwest. GrovTec Machining houses
over 200 machines specializing in Swiss
and screw machine production. Their once
5,000-square-foot, five-person operation
has grown to 60,000 square feet with
over 80 employees. Presently serving
more than 12 market segments, including
high-quality firearms components, knives,
medical, dental, and sports. The GrovTec
production lines maintain a steady flow of
business, by limiting each industry to no
more than 20 percent of their production
capacity.
This has all been achieved by their focus
on building their team of outstanding employees,
which owner Bob Grover states
is their greatest asset. “GrovTec is AS9100
certified and ITAR registered, allowing us
to assist on mission-critical components.”
