This customer-focused approach drives ongoing investments in
Valence plants. One example is the coming addition of bond primer
coating capabilities to Everett’s Center of Excellence in 2020. Oth-
er improvements include a variety of post-manufacturing processes
that further streamline the supply chain.
Valence value-added services include sub-assembly and inventory
management. Warehousing parts for customers reduces the need
for on-site storage and reduces internal inventory management
costs. Drop-shipping can cut down delivery times and create cost
savings, which is enhanced by Valence’s strategic locations in
the heart of the Pacific Northwest aerospace hubs in Seattle and
Everett.
