I have always been a
“Type A” personality,
willing to do what it
takes to get the job
done. My team will tell
clients, “If you want to
make sure something
gets done … tell Rory.”
I will say however, that we have
seen a trend in hiring women that
share the same mindset, says Rory.
We hired one woman approximate-
ly three years ago that was previ-
ously a manager at Krispy Kreme.
She is also a “driver.” She told me
recently that she wants my job! I
like that mentality, states Rory.
This young woman now has a man-
agement role in our company.
