ERAU is still setting precedent today. U.S. News and
World Report ranked the university as 2019’s number
one Aeronautical University in the country. This makes
six years running that ERAU has ranked in the top five
nationally. The accolades don’t stop there. They have
also been ranked the number one Aerospace Engineer-
ing program among those that offer master’s degrees.
In 2018 Embry-Riddle became the first institution of
higher learning to successfully complete and excel in
all categories of The University of Professional and
Continuing Education Association’s [UPCEA] Na-
tional Council for Online Education - Hallmarks of
Excellence in Online Leadership Review. Additionally,
2019 also found them the number one school among
97 institutions offering online bachelor’s programs for
veterans.

Embry-Riddle’s alumni survey also attests to the fact
96 percent of ERAU graduates are either working in
their chosen field or in graduate school within the first
year of graduation and that their graduates command
a higher salary than 82 percent of the more than 1,500
other ranked institutions.
