Adam also suggested he would like to see them expand into available land and continue to build out the property . For Rainwater , that would be a great scenario . He said he loves working for a small family business . He also likes “ living out in the woods ,” and he sees so much opportunity for growth in the space sector for businesses like TNT Aerospace .

For the brothers , they have done well being in business with each other . Although Adam said they sometimes have conflict , just like anyone else in business together . “ I can ’ t be mad at Aaron for long ,” he said . Aaron said they have a great relationship and work well together . Adam concurs that they have great synergy as business partners .
It must , as they ’ ve been in business for over 15 years . Aaron said they differentiate themselves with their machining and commitment to the customer . In addition , they have the AS9100 certification , ITAR , cybersecurity , and other compliance factors for commercial aerospace .
Aaron concluded , “ Owning your business , there ’ s so much of me wrapped up in this business — labor , time , blood , sweat , tears , money — it is terrifying !”
