AIM has made improvements to the
work environment for the employees in
the new factory, with environmental-
ly controlled areas and improvements
to breakrooms and restrooms. Evans
said, “We focused on taking care of our
employees so they can be proud of their
work environment.”
There will be continuous improvements
made by assessing the use of space,
machinery and people. To be truly effi-
cient, companies need to have a holistic
perspective. AIM is working to be more
efficient and generate more capacity by
using a smaller factory footprint and will
be able to complete the same amount and
complexity of work, through a realign-
ment of processes.
