Sumner locations. As they close the
Auburn campus employees will re-
locate to Renton and Sumner. They
are retraining many employees, and
some will have new skills as they
move to a new location.
“Achieving cost efficiency is not
about minimizing jobs but creating
more jobs in the base of the busi-
ness. Some attrition is to be expect-
ed because change isn’t easy. This
isn’t just a job. It can be a career.
There are opportunities to grow and
move up in the organization. We
want people to stay, thrive and bring
in new people,” said Evans.
