his program assists firms in all 50
states, the District of Columbia, and
the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,
through 11 non-profit or university
affiliated Trade Adjustment Assis-
tance Centers (TAACs). This network
provides the technical assistance to ed-
ucate, consult, and facilitate manufac-
turing, production, and service firms
through the TAAF program process.
Since our company applied for pro-
gram funding, sales have increased
by $3 million and net profit is up
five percent. All jobs lost to overseas
competition have been regained and
strategies developed through the
program leave us well positioned for
the next five years.

NORTHWEST ELIGIBILITY
The Northwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (NWTAAC) with
offices in Seattle and Boise is the TAAC for Idaho, Oregon, Wash-
ington, and Alaska. NWTAAC facilitates applications, proposals, and
administration for the TAAF program.
