Today, a 737 takes off or lands every 1.6 seconds. On
average, more than 2,440 Boeing 737 airplanes are in the
air at any given time, serving a range of different markets.
Given the different sizes and variants of the Boeing 737, the line gives carriers a number of
options - from smaller regional jets to larger mid-to-long-range aircraft. This allows region-
al airports in America and around the world to connect faster and with more passengers for
the first time.
