rom the original 737-100, to the
extended range, and now the MAX
family, Boeing’s 737 product line offers
passengers and airlines more flexibility
and a better flying experience. The 737’s
range and capacity options provide more
direct routes for passengers traveling
home for the holidays, joining friends
for a long weekend, or attending a sales
conference out of town.
Boeing employees in the Pacific North-
west are proud to be a part of this lega-
cy, connecting communities and people
around the world in new and exciting
ways. But in order to keep innovating,
setting records, and investing in the
communities where our employees
live and work, the 737 line - and all of
American aerospace - must keep win-
ning orders amidst fierce international
competition. Aerospace is a vibrant,
valuable and high-tech industry, and
foreign competitors want to capture as
much as they can from the U.S. aero-
space industry and the jobs it supports.
They are even partnering with their gov-
ernments, who are illegally subsidizing
them, to accomplish that goal.
When companies try to undermine the
international agreements that maintain a
level playing field and ensure fair com-
petition, American jobs and the legacy
of American aerospace are threatened.
Watch U.S. Fly is committed to pro-
tecting that legacy. Watch U.S. Fly is
a community of advocates fighting for
free and fair trade and the American
worker. Last year, advocates made their
voices heard in support of a critical
job-generating agency, the U.S. Ex-
port-Import Bank, and by standing up
for American workers threatened by
foreign companies that break interna-
tional rules.
Watch U.S. Fly advocates, many
based here in the Pacific North-
west, connect with policymakers to
share their stories and explain how
policies and conversations in Wash-
ington, D.C. directly impact them.
Our advocates speak out when U.S.
aerospace leadership and American
jobs are at stake.
The 737 program
alone now drives an
estimated $22 billion
in annual economic
impact and supports
300,000 American
jobs.
Join Watch U.S. Fly today to help us
protect not just the 737 line and the
people who supply that program, but
hundreds of thousands of additional
American jobs, American innovation
and America’s aerospace legacy.
