PACIFIC NORTHWEST AEROSPACE ALLIANCE SPOTLIGHT
L
ee has big visions for the growth
of the team, led by his commitment
to vertical integration of his business
due to both the potential savings
for the company and their custom-
ers, and the high level of customer
service that comes with having full
visibility over the complete value
chain. By the end of 2018 they will
be ready to begin manufacture of
their own parts and expect the team
to increase to over 100+ within five
years. To support the expansion
in workforce, Lee and his team are
working closely with Peninsula
College on a workforce program to
develop the next generation of talent.
