KSF 2: RIGOROUS AND COHERENT PROGRAMS
The District provides a rigorous and coherent curricular program for all students in
all of the core subjects areas as well as in the arts, computer technology, and physical
education. The curriculum is updated on a regular basis using a research-driven process.
A key area of focus has been
STEAM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Arts, and
Mathematics.) The STEAM courses
are pre-engineering in nature and
foster development in innovation,
creativity and problem-solving skills,
which are vital for our students’
success in an
ever-changing world.
