KSF 1: OUTSTANDING STUDENT PERFORMANCE
Student performance is an important indicator of success. In District 27, we use mulitple
assessments to monitor student learning and overall progress.
The PARCC Assessments by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and
Career are required by the State of Illinois and are designed to measure students’ knowledge
and skills outlined in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS.)
Our student performance on the 2016 assessments remained strong. with our students scoring in the top
1% in the State. Students who earned a Level 4 or Level 5 met or exceeded grade-level standards. These
charts show the percentage of students who scored a Level 4 or 5 on the assessments. District 27 had two
times or more the percentage of students meeting/exceeding in comparison to the State.
