Accessibility diagram analysis of the site
The site is positioned in the southwest part of the city of Yerevan, close to
one of its most important retail centres, Dalma Garden mall.
It is well connected both with the city centre, by M5 (Marshal
Baghramyan) highway (10 minutes by car) and by public transportation
(bus), and with the Zvartnots International Airport, which is a distance of
11km away.
It was analysed the metropolitan network of Yerevan and also future
expansion of the metro lines. No station is close to our site.
