Work

Working to get myself together, working to provide for myself & others, working to receive the things I want in life, working to keep my mind stable, working to enjoy the fruits of my labor, and working to help somebody. It seems like you and I have been working forever, but make sure you have something to show for it. Sometimes everything feels like work. Studying, exercising, figuring things out, and Sallie Mae all feels like work. I'm tired already. Don't allow that work to get the best of you; you have a life to live. I understand we all have to work towards achieving something in life, but we must also realize work involves a process. Sometimes I become obsessed with working & neglect responsibilities that should be taken care of because I want to be the best at what I do.

When my neglectfulness comes back and bite me, I become disappointed in myself for not realizing I need to work to balance myself out. Nobody's perfect, ok I accept that. Now that I know every part of my life involves work, work doesn't seem so bad after all.
