Damn that same question! It's the fourth month, I'm breaking anyway. I'll think it over and pray about it.

During that fourth month I kept my thoughts to myself and prayed to God to lead me. I asked myself what is your bread & butter and what do you enjoy doing. How did you get here, and what have you been doing as you grew here. Where do you want to go? A few simple questions; I'm glad I'm able to answer them now.

That next level. The comfort to know what I'm doing because it's my craft and I have the credentials that displays my focus in learning the field. It doesn't stop there, I will continue to work on my specialty, skill, and mold that knowledge to be the best I can be while helping others along the way. Elite NBA players put up shots about every day to be the best ball player around, what makes you think you don't have to put forth that type of effort to reach the same pentacle? Everybody has a gift, whether if it's naturally or spiritually. Once you've identified them, take heed to it, groom it, shape it up, sharpen it up and allow it to take you to that next level. Prepare the best way you know how to move to that next place or position to grow in a manner you never knew you could.

That next level doesn't seem too vague or broad after all. You don't have to tell everybody the time and effort you're putting in to be the best, the end result is what matters most.
