$300 million mixed-use project planned at Princeton Junction
One of the state’s largest redevelopment projects is expected to move forward in the coming months as master developer
AvalonBay Communities prepares to issue a request for proposals from other developers to collaborate on a $300 million
mixed-use endeavor on a property adjacent to the Princeton Junction Train Station. The project is expected to include 800
residential units, a 120-room hotel, 37,000 square feet of retail space that would surround a public promenade, and two
parking decks. A potential site plan could be submitted for approval by year-end.
