Union County Sheriff Cryan
officially sworn in
Union County Sheriff Joseph Cryan was sworn into his
first full term by Superior Court Judge Joseph Donohue
during Union County Government’s 158th Annual Reorganization on Jan. 4 at the Union County Courthouse in
Elizabeth. Holding the Bible is the Sheriff’s wife, Kathy
Cryan. They were joined by his son John and daughters
Hannah and Katie.
State Parole Officers Local 326, in conjunction with VFW
Post 133 (East Brunswick), conducted a holiday Toy Drive
that collected more than 1,000 toys. All the toys, through the
VFW, were given out to children of New Jersey veterans
from a unit that is currently deployed out of the Toms River
area.
