Local 191 hits the road
with new trailer
Local 397 promotes two
East Windsor Local 191 recently took delivery of a brand new
trailer that members will use for their philanthropy events and
service to the community. The trailer will be used for events like
food drives; National Night Out; Special Olympics events
including the Torch Run, Dream Lift and Polar Bear Plunge; The
Police Unity Tour; various other charity endurance sport events
and any other time community groups want police officers to
participate in their activities.
Not only will the trailer be useful to store and transport items
for these activities, it also serves as a visual reminder of the partnerships that police departments share with their communities while officers give back to the communities they serve.
