Diet soda drinkers may eat more food
They’re zero-calorie, so in theory it should follow that diet
drinks aid weight loss, right? Not so, says a recent Johns Hopkins
University study that looked at almost 24,000 adults.
The research found that adults who were obese or overweight
and drank diet soda took in more calories from solid food – 88 to
