Unity Tour director honors State PBA
Police Unity Tour Executive Director Harry
Phillips presented a plaque honoring members of the State PBA including President Pat
Colligan, Executive Vice-President Marc
Kovar and Special Projects Coordinator John
Hulse for their dedication to the Unity Tour.
“We’re lucky to have the last three presidents be members of the Police Unity Tour.
Our mission is that no officer will be
forgotten and we want to thank all of them
for their support,” said Phillips as he presented the plaque.
“It was a great privilege to ride for the last
few years,” noted Colligan. “In the first year I
had the great privilege to ride with Lisa (Preslar, President of Garden State
C.O.P and she’s been a great advocate for the Tour.”

Last year, the Unity Tour had almost 1,800 participants and raised $1.9

The goal of the 11th consecutive presentation
was to top $300,000 donated overall, and by
presenting a check to President Colligan from
this year’s Cigar Night, the total is now more
than $300,000. Once again, the Local 102
