Monroe Township Local 255 Rahway Local 31 congratulates promotes two outstanding officers newly promoted Monroe Township Local 255 congratulates dedicated members Ron Breuer and Griffin Banos on receiving promotions. Breuer was promoted to detective sergeant, and Banos was promoted to lieu- tenant at a recent swearing-in ceremony. Great work! Many Rahway Local 31 members were recently promoted for ex- emplifying great capability and leadership on the job. Officers re- ceiving promotions included Lieutenant Jonathan Tilton, Sergeant T.J.
