Union County Conference honors strong support for PBA

On April 20, the NJ State PBA Union County Conference hosted its annual dinner to recognize a new Honorary Silver Life Membership and to honor dedicated members of the conference.
Union County Conference members, family and supporters gathered at the dinner to congratulate Mary Ellen O’ Boyle, a member of the 200 Club of Union County and a local real estate agent, on earning an Honorary Silver Life Membership with the PBA. Summit Local 55 State Delegate Michael Freeman and Rahway Local 31 State Delegate Rob Zarzycki presented O’ Boyle with this high honor.
The County Conference also recognized former Kenilworth Local 135 State Delegate Bobby Cox for his years of service as a member of the Union County Conference Executive Board. Cox, who was promoted to sergeant in February, accepted the plaque alongside his wife, Annette.
Former County Conference Chairman Kenny Burkert was also honored at the
dinner for his dedication as a peer liaison. Through his efforts, the State PBA has played a crucial role in saving the lives of members by offering clinical services to those in need. d
