Realising the mercy and the forgiveness and love of her Lord consoles her restless spirit
and a new seed of hope is born.
Sins pricked her heart and made her spirit cry, yet repentance gave her an opportunity
to rise after she had fallen because indeed, ‘Successful is he who purifies his soul.’
Have you not yet realised my dearest friends that indeed, repentance is a great blessing
from Allah because it restores our nisbah with Him, our only lifeline of utmost bliss?
Repentance is a proclamation of our weakness and sole dependence on His mercy.
So despair not my dear friends for, your Rabb never deserts you. Certainly, His mercy
and forgiveness are vast and await you.
My dear friends, know that we have a Most Merciful and Forg iving Lord.
So come back to your only Lord, your only Mawla, your only Wali, for indeed, I see
that,
Your scarred heart still breathes…
Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the
mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving,
the Merciful” (Quran 39:53).
‘The children of Adam are all profuse wrongdoers and the best of profuse wrongdoers
are those who repent’. (Tirmidhi)
