Online Safety
We would like to make parents aware of a new resource which has been launched by the National Crime Agency aimed at helping 4- to 7-year-olds stay safe online. Jessie & Friends provides information and advice for you to use at home to support conversations with your children about the internet and online safety, as well as practical information on how you can ensure the online spaces your children are accessing are as safe as possible.

Parents Evening
Please be aware that online bookings for Spring Term Parents Evening are now open and all parents will need to make their bookings online.
Uniform Orders
Our next uniform order will be placed on 10th April for delivery towards the end of May, this is due to the forthcoming Easter Break. If you require any items ordering please pay and order online via agora or visit the office for a paper order form and barcode for payment at Paypoint Post Offices.
Spring Into Spring Event
The Parents Association are currently organising a sponsored school event for this half-term. The sponsored event will take place on Wednesday 10th April 2019 and will involve pupils completing a fitness course around the school grounds, incorporating the outdoor fitness equipment which the PTA have worked hard to fund (weather permitting). The theme for the event was chosen to complement our current work in school on promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

Clean
Friends of Essington have announced that they are organising the Essington Spring Clean once more this year. This is a community event starting from the 1st
Essington Scout and Guide Headquarters on Brownshore Lane on Saturday 30th March 2019 at 9:30am. The Friends of Essington are asking for your help to get active and help clean up our neighbourhood. If you would like to form a team in your area or would like to help on the day please email [email protected] or ring 07774 260126. All necessary equipment will be provided on the day.
